Find answers to common questions about billing and subscriptions

When you cancel your subscription, you'll enter a grace period where you can still access all features until the end of your current billing period. After the grace period ends, your access will be restricted until you resubscribe.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any upgrades. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

When you cancel your subscription, you'll maintain full access to all features until the end of your current billing period. This gives you time to reconsider or export your data before access is restricted.

You'll see a grace period banner on your dashboard showing the remaining time. We also send email notifications when your grace period is about to end. Make sure to check your email for these important updates.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We only pass through Stripe's processing and payout fees and do not add hidden platform markups on top. Card processing fees vary by card type (typically between 1.5%–3.25% + €0.25 per transaction), plus an additional +2% currency conversion fee whenever a payment or payout requires FX (foreign exchange). You can always see a detailed, up‑to‑date breakdown of the exact fees in your payout settings and on the payment fee breakdown card after each successful invoice payment.

You can update your billing information at any time by going to your subscription settings. Click on 'Manage Subscription' and you'll find options to update your payment method and billing details.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are not available for partial months of service.

If you only cancel your subscription, your data is kept so you can resubscribe later and regain access. If you stay unsubscribed (or never subscribe) for 60 days, we treat your account as abandoned and permanently delete your account and all associated data (invoices, customers, etc.). We recommend exporting your data before the 60-day period if you need to keep any records.

You can request account deletion from your subscription settings. There are three cases: (1) If you request account deletion and have an active subscription, it will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period and you will keep access until then; when that period ends, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. (2) If you request account deletion and you are on a trial or have no active subscription, your account will be deleted immediately. (3) If you only cancel your subscription without requesting account deletion, your account and data are not deleted when the subscription ends; they may be removed after 60 days of being unsubscribed. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion if you need to keep any records.
