Introduction
Welcome to Invoices. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the Invoices website and services.
- "User" means anyone accessing or using the Platform.
- "Content" refers to all data, information, and materials provided through the Platform.

Services
- The Platform provides invoice and customer management services, including payment collection via Stripe and payouts to your connected Stripe account.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time.
- We may introduce new features that will be subject to these terms.

Third-Party Services
- Payments, subscriptions, and payouts are processed by Stripe. Authentication and account management are provided by Clerk. By using the Platform, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of these providers where they apply to your use.
- We use other service providers (e.g. for email delivery and file storage) to operate the Platform. Their use of data is governed by their respective policies and our agreements with them.

User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- They are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
- They must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Termination and Data Retention
- You may request deletion of your account at any time from your subscription settings. If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then; when that period ends, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. If you are on a trial or have no active paid subscription, your account and data will be deleted as soon as we process your request.
- If you only cancel your subscription without requesting account deletion, your account and data are not deleted when the subscription ends; accounts that remain unsubscribed for 60 consecutive days may be treated as abandoned and permanently deleted, along with all associated data. We recommend exporting your data before the 60-day period if you need to keep records.
- Where required by law (e.g. tax or legal hold), we may retain certain data for a limited period after account deletion.

Privacy
- Protecting your personal data is our priority.
- We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We use your data only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights of the Platform belong to Invoices.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without permission.
- You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek courts.
- The failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
